We arranged a "almost post Winter" lunch at our favourite venue, The Fox and Hounds at Acton Turville hoping all would turn up after the Winter hiatus and they did!
We were not expecting a sunny day so when the weather looked good the "Famous Five" decided to ride to the lunch and have a bit of a ride out beforehand.
From Tetbury we went from through Avening and Michinhampton, up "Old Neighbourhood to the Pudney Pie Cafe at Chalford for coffee then back over Minchinhampton Common and down the A46 to Acton Turville.
There was a bit of salt on the roads so I am limiting the exposure to salt to my XSR125 - keeping the YB100 and Bonnville T100 clean!
The other bikes were Elliott on his Kawasaki 250SL, Dave on his ultra bargain brand new for a scratch over a grand Herald 125 Cafe "CafÉ Racer",
Colin on his Piaggio Medley scooter and Chris on his 2012 Piaggio X10 350cc. What a rabble !
And back at the pub, a slap up lunch was enjoyed by all!
