1st test for lipid collision using MoDynamics. The Lipids have a minimized skeleton doing the collision avoidance and no detection in the head, but I'm excited about the potential... assuming I can automate a procedure to expand this technique to a large swatch of bilayer, this can provide relatively realistic portrayals of dynamic simulations.
