This video will show you how to enable something similar to picture in picture mode, or always on top in Linux.

I don't really know how it is called, in simple word, I will show you how to keep specific windows always on top in Linux. It will work for any desktop: Plasma 5, Cinnamon, Gnome, Xfce, Pantheon etc.
