On Wednesday, after 27 hours of deliberations, the jury in the case of Lindsay Clancy was still deadlocked. They first told the judge they were deadlocked on Tuesday morning and were sent back to deliberate. The judge read the jury the Rodriguez instruction and sent them back to deliberate once again.
