Life has been a bumpy ride of late. I'm still living with pain and it's exhausting me but I am showing up anyway and doing my best. And, just like everyone else, I am a work in progress muddling my way through it all. So whilst I am trying to embrace the journey, I'm also, in truth, struggling aswell. As always, my journals are my best support so that's where I go to dive deep into the whole process, find self compassion and a few other surprises too!
