✨It's Time to make a start, yes it is... The Power to Let it all Go ~ stuff, weight, the past, (even) people, let them go, comparisons, guilt, other people's opinions... I'm letting go on so many levels atm, an early autumn release of my leaves! My deep decluttering is in process, James has helped with some diy and also helps keep me motivated when I become overwhelmed. I have found some wonderful storage solutions to organize all my art supplies and cleaned up my studio as I have gone along. I have also been doing the same at home! As well as letting go of a lot of my stuff, I have also changed my diet, letting go of ultra processed foods, caffiene, alcohol and have been losing some weight on this journey too. With new eating habits, I feel energized, reset, restored and have a much lighter and positive outlook these days. Clearing my clutter from my spaces (and my body!) has been challenging, an emotional process and a lot of hard dusty work some days too. But, I am so happy I am doing it; mind, body, rooms and soul! I am not finished yet, just a work in progress like everyone else.
