This peculiar human traitor, known to us through captured Imperial testimonies, has been connected to a series of Tau spearheaded assaults across the Ultima Segmentum predating our ongoing Campaign, where she slaughtered entire companies of Imperial forces with her mad powers! Her true origins remain a mystery, with some believing that she might have been an Imperial Primaris Psyker who was captured and brainwashed by the filthy Tau Ethereals! However, more worrying, is the belief that she is the product of a secret Tau project to create their own psychic weapons to one day perhaps be used against the people of the Shogunate!
Voiced by Aimee Smith for the Tau Faction of Dawn of War Soulstorm: Unification Mod, Libra is a powerful psyker unit activated by the Tau Psi Corps Win Condition that likewise grants access to Gue'vesa units. Her origins are a mystery but it is safe to say that she is not of this galaxy... or this timeline.
