These samples prove that cops and police abuse their authority a lot more often than anyone knows. They do it because they know the social norms condition people to obey the police. They do it because people are afraid to assert their rights because they lack confidence and are not exactly sure if the directives police are giving are true or not. And that is not fair. The police should not be able to take advantage of citizens because they don't have all their rights memorized. Before i got into this community they got over on me more than once!
