This is Crowley Texas- These two police officers have no idea how an easement works! They actually believe that the easement belongs to the bank! What? So the bank chose not to spend the money on a sidewalk. So where is a pedestrians supposed to walk? In the road or that strip of land right next to the curb? I tried to explain that the easement is actually 30 feet from the center line of the road but these Barney Fife's were just too ignorant! See for yourself! I guess the bank maintains the street signs and hydrants that are really on the easement that the police think belong to the bank. #civilrightsviolation #crowleytexaspolicedepartment
