Yet we know people still struggle to speak about their loss. We understand that sometimes things can feel pointless but we want everyone to know there is a welcoming, helpful community waiting for you whenever you need support.
Sands is the leading baby loss charity in the UK, here for anyone that may need us. We provide free bereavement support via our helpline, peer support virtually and in person, and a wide range of bereavement resources for anyone going through the toughest times. Sands also works tirelessly to improve maternity safety to help save more babies' lives.
