Sea World Gold Coast Australia announces a whole new land, Atlantis, complete with the wooden coaster Leviathan.
Leviathan is the first wooden coaster to be built in Australia for 35 years. It's built by Martin & Vleminckx Rides and uses a design by The Gravity Group. Two seats on each of the Timberliner trains will face backwards.
On May 25th, Sea World Gold Coast Australia, part of the Village Road Show Theme Parks group announced the construction of a 50 million (Aus. Dollar) addition called The New Atlantis with three ride attractions The Vortex, the Trident and a Martin & Vleminckx wood coaster named Leviathan. The wood coaster will be opened to public in 2020.
Martin & Vleminckx is proud to be the manufacturer of this exciting new family wood coaster aimed to please the whole family. Over the years, Martin & Vleminckx had the opportunity to work on projects around the work. The construction of this new wood coaster will be their very first in Australia.
