Took me a while to notice but it's an arrangement of Bad Boss Boogie from the official counterpart, using very ringy Mega Drive synths. The only time that song is appropriate is at the end of the second temple level this plays on, as that has a boss. Every other boss doesn't have this theme, because of course.
