From what I can tell, this seems to be the only original song in this title. I can't find anything that sounds similar or close to matching.
Your ears don't deceive you though: that backing track is gradually going off sync. In Super King Kong '99, this game's more finished variant, the ending screen doesn't last long enough for you to hear it. For Super Donkey Kong '99, however, the game just locks up. Just another strange difference in these releases.
