Today we'll be helping our friends learn about themselves, by beating the ever-loving crap out of them, and, in turn, they will beat the ever-loving crap out of others until they learn about themselves as well. They will learn things about themselves such as "Hey, I didn't like how I was thrown down into the dirt and then someone's foot made me eat my own nose cartilage, could you teach me that move?" Sure, there will be some folks getting seriously injured, but they aren't the friends in the equation, so that's okay.
