For too long have the criminals been experiencing a general sense of safety, and we cannot abide by that! Welcome to about an hour of taking down fugitives, seeking out chests, and general distraction as we go from region to region, defeating ne'er-do-wells. I understand that in the beginning of the video I accidentally say "ALL" the fugitives, and trust me I hope to do that eventually, but I happen upon an encoder issue about 45 minutes in, so I continue in the hopes it won't happen again, but not for a long time, because it could happen again, and also because more than a solid hour of me talking isn't going to improve anyone's day.
