On the second episode of Let's Play Resident Evil Village: Shadows Of Rose, Rose Winters finds herself in a reconstruction of the Dimitrescu Castle located within the Megamycete mindscape. The Purification Crystal is here, but we'll need to track down three masks to obtain it as part of the Masked Duke's endless game. However, much of the castle is blocked off by the bad goo and the flowers attached to it. We find the first mask in the courtyard, but it's perched on top of a gooey statue and out of reach. Michael tells Rose that she'll need to use her powers to get it, but first we'll need an "amplifier". So, we traverse one of the side areas of the castle and navigate the goo in our path until we reach the attic that originally led to the roof. Here we find a "Rose Winters Variant Flask" that empowers Rose with the ability to destroy the scelrotia flowers and all liquid void attached to them. A lot of Face Eaters appear to try and block our path back to the mask, but we eventually make it through. Back in the castle we can now open up a number of other paths, and we head upstairs only for the Duke to sic a nastier fellow with a spiky stick on us. We obtain a second flask, and now Rose can slow enemies with a blast or shove them off when grabbed. Finally, with the Monocular Key in hand we can head for the basement to obtain the Silver Mask.
