Now that we've excaped the church with "Baby Eagle", we're going to take care of unfinished business and gather all the treasure we can before heading to the extraction point, unfortunately the Ganados, with their infections reaching maturity, also see Leon and Ashley as their very own unfinished business; they're going to throw (literally) everything they have at us, like hammer-wielding pig-men, savage (more than usual) infected dogs, and there's the good ol' fallback of bladed parasite exploding out of their heads. Most of this is going to happen all in one place once we make it to a shack where we make our stand. It's a good thing the super-trustworthy Luis is there to help us out and explain everything, maybe.
