Freeing Johari sets in motion the endgame, for travelling in the jungle gives you the opportunity to talk to her. We are far less graceful in our exploration of the lands she has called home all her life and though she's initially dismissive of us, it's not too hard to persuade her that our intentions are only to bring about peace. The leopardman village section progresses differently dependant on what class you are, with fighter having by far the easiest time of it. All we need to do is return the drum, get the spear in return and hand that back to the Laibon, allowing the peace conference to finally go ahead.
Speaking of the peace conference, I'm sure it will proceed without any complications whatsoever, resulting in both sides coming to an mutual understanding that averts war. It's not like a powerful demon has been playing the sides against one another with a combination of prejudice and cleverly applied magic and would love nothing more than the conference becoming a catastrophe that triggers an all-out war.

Now that we finally have the local currency of Tarna, Derek is free to spend the rest of his time in the city buying everything that isnt nailed down. After all, if someone is willing to sell it to us then its bound to have a use at some point in the game. Even the more mundane things like fish and fruit can act as extra rations and while we dont need to track our thirst like we did in Shapeir, waterskins will serve their own awesome purpose in due time.
Having spendable money is als how were going to access our very first death and my, is it a silly one. All Ill say is that it involves the apothecarys store, our tinderbox and not knowing when enough is enough.

The second episode of the new campaign has new developer orb to collect which makes this secret level the only significant thing you can miss. Leons Scary Basement is level that is both large and claustrophobic as well as pretty gloomy, something you can exacerbate by shooting out the lights. One of the traps in the game revolves around you doing that by mistake, making it harder to spot the enemies you alert by doing so.
Aside from the theming, this level doesnt offer anything that you havent seen before, but that doesnt mean that its not fun. After all, theres plenty of heroic vandalism to be getting on with and knowing that every thing we break hurts El Oscuros bank account brings a little smile to my face.
