Nigel continues exploring the Lake Shrine and eventually makes his way to Duke, who pulls a rather nasty trick. But before his plans can come to fruition, Nigel is whisked away by Mir and given the Axe Spell, letting him cut down Mystical Trees.
You'd think that if they were "mystical" you wouldn't want to be cutting them down, though.

Yup, the Forest of Illusion is... well... not too complicated actually. You basically just go north, then south and follow the path around until you find Mint. Shes... rather annoying, to be honest.
I kept referring to Prinky as Plinky for some reason, too. Ever since taking Japanese a few years ago, I tend to either combine my Ls and Rs or swap them entirely. Not sure why, to be honest.
I have been messing up a lot of names though, so maybe my brain is playing tricks on me.
