Pretty fun story pack featuring my favorite DC character: Harley Quinn.
Note: According to NVIDIA GEForce Experience, my system doesn't meet the minimum requirements (GTX 880m 8 Gb DDR5 VRam). Yet, I get no more and no less stuttering or flickering as I've seen other systems' videos for this game. Granted, I play without the FPS unlock tweak, and so I get a steady 30 FPS in the game so far.
Hopefully, they release a patch to address the PC issues soon.
In the meantime, here's a few tweaks:

They all work fine for me, but I keep my FPS locked at 30 to avoid the increased stuttering unlocking 60 FPS seems to cause.
