Clip #1 is minor car accident. Two of the present Portland Police Officers (OR) were the ones from the "bicycle gang video", PPD learned quick to respect the right for citizens to film police.
Clip #2 is a video of random activity, once I arrived upon the scene I witness a young man who's bags were being searched by Portland Police (OR). I will not cast any judgment on him about his life or the choices he has made. Life is tough, and people face many unfair circumstances, so what I can do is see if I could give you a hand and protect you from further harm. I did my part the best I know how!
Clip #3 involves Clark County Sheriff's Office (WA), he was initially parked on the side of the road with no light emergency light on and blocking part of the road and bike lane forcing drivers to go around him. I pulled into the nearest street to start walking toward the curser. Deputy then began to drive toward me and once spotted me turn around to speaks with me pretending to help, but once he realized who I was very quickly retreated and got lost. Haha!
