Spotted a traffic stop and I went to work! Involved is Clark County Sheriff WA. Edward Shin is the one serving the citation and (Spencer Treseder) is his back up. Young lady seemed distraught so it was my duty to help her. In the end she kept her car and the citation would most likely get dismissed on the technicality. Road pirates did not succeeded in their usual theft!
