These are the shims that take a Leslie 25 bell down to play the same note as the cataloged but never produced 247 bell. The 247 bell was only offered during the first two years of Supertyfon production in 1951 and 1952, meant for use on the S3E and S5A. However, no evidence exists that any S3E's, S5A's or 247 bells were ever produced.
