This video with J. Cyr is made for intermediate and beyond soap makers. It is a 12 pound batch of soap that results in an intricate design with less effort and time involved. The recipe is comprised of 55% hard oils/butters and 45% soft oils. It has a 30% water discount, a 7% superfat and we soaped at room temperature. Essential oils include lemon 5x and lemongrass. One half cup of lemon juice was also added to the oils. It is colored yellow with turmeric. Turmeric must be gelled to get the yellow color; otherwise, it will result in a peach type color.
