In this video we take a look at the remains of some old mining operations in the Crowsnest pass of Southern Alberta: Leitch Collieries Provincial Historic Site and the remains of the old Mohawk mining tipple.

Both are located right beside Highway 3 (Crowsnest Highway), both sites are highly accessible.

Important note: The old Mohawk tipple structure has many compromised areas and there are risks involved with exploring this building.

This area of Alberta is beautiful and interesting, and these are only a couple of the local attractions.
