Today I'm building the LEGO SEGA Genesis console set and putting it to the ultimate test: how close is this LEGO recreation to the real SEGA Genesis? From the iconic console design and controller to all the little details LEGO managed to recreate, we're taking a close look at the build and seeing what makes this set so interesting for both LEGO fans and retro gaming fans.
But building the set is only half the fun. Once the LEGO SEGA Genesis is complete, I'm putting it directly next to a real SEGA Genesis to compare them side by side. We'll look at the size, proportions, details, accessories, overall design, and just how convincing this miniature version really is.
