A television advertisement for the video game LEGO Rock Raiders for Windows PC and PlayStation. This video came on a 2001 Russian demo disc, but seems to have been recorded off of a TV.
Some differences from the final games:
0:13 Landslide notification is in all caps
0:15 Water tool tip is in all caps, box is grey instead of green
0:22 Footage from an earlier build of the game with later-removed notifications for something to do with dynamite and possibly crystals being used for power, as well as a button for the encyclopedia/help window (that may have never been functional). Also looks like a lava-themed Back to Basics kinda.
0:26 some sort of building-stud related notification?
0:31 Rock Raiders still use Sparks's face at this point in the game, Tunnel Scout may have slightly different textures too. There seems to be a notification with the same icon as the information panel button as well. I think this is Lava Laughter?
0:35 everyone in this cutscene (Waterfal.AVI) is Docs with Axle's helmet - I think the PlayStation Magazine trailer was like this too.
0:40 Landing Pad texture only displaying on one of the four blocks it's supposed to cover
0:43 Scorpion sprites displaying as their default grey (the real sprites are like this, and in the final game are colored either purple or green for the different types of Scorpion). Also I'm pretty sure this level is Express Delivery, which in the final game is an ice level and full of ice monsters instead of rock monsters.
0:50 Loader Dozer appears in its fully upgraded form from the Windows game - it did in many prototype PlayStation screenshots, but the entire spoiler was removed in the final game. Also some weird textures for corner rock.

![LEGO Racers PlayStation Magazine demo (1999 UK) walkthrough
Full playthrough of a demo for LEGO Racers found on the Official UK Playstation Magazine Demo Disc 50 [SCED-01824]. Its pretty much just the first course of the game with less default characters to chose from, only difference I can tell being some loading screens advertising the full version. Also some of the worst fucking control Ive ever experienced holy shit why is there input lag on a racing game, Eto how the hell did you survive playing the entire thing?
Video upscaled to 720p from 512p to avoid content loss and allow for 50fps viewing. Games internal resolution upscaled x2 in ePSXe. LEGO Racers PlayStation Magazine demo (1999 UK) walkthrough](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/uO1K79FpJ0g/mqdefault.jpg)
