![The 3 Tests Before You Build Any AI Workflow
Where could I use AI? sounds like a good question. It isnt. Its tool-hunting in disguise, and the tool ends up choosing your problem for you.
Episode 2 of The Workflow Architect replaces that question with a better one and gives you three tests a task has to pass before its worth building a workflow for: recurring, structured, and draining. Most people skip the third one, and its the only one that predicts whether youll still be using the thing in a month.
Your homework is one sentence: Every , I , and it costs me .
