Created with inspiration from both film scoring music and ambient post-rock, this is perhaps the most expressive electric guitar on the market, an instrument that transports you with just a few notes, and that has a musicality that's hard to find in virtual instruments of this type.
Taking advantage of the experience gained from the El Dorado series of instruments and combining it with the improvements developed in legato with Balvi cello, this legato expressive guitar was born, an instrument with character that won't leave you indifferent.
The instrument is divided into two parts under the idea that with a single patch you can lose yourself improvising melodies over inspiring textures.
The left part corresponds to the pads and guitar sustains. These are activated whenever you play at a velocity lower than 30, and you can play them polyphonically.
The right part contains everything related to the monophonic legato, and from here you can activate four different types of legato. A velocity above 30 activates the regular legato; playing at a velocity above 75 activates the legato slide and sustain; and playing at a velocity above 110 activates the legato slide.
Although where this instrument shines is at slow and medium speeds it also has a set of fast transitions up to a perfect fourth.
This electric guitar has been recorded and edited with the utmost care to ensure that no detail of the original performance from which the samples were extracted was lost. Therefore, the instrument has a minimum latency of 150ms and a maximum of 300ms, which can be adjusted with the offset slider. This feature allows all the details of the original performance to be preserved. The greater the number of milliseconds of offset, the more information there will be between notes, resulting in a much more realistic and natural result.
This instrument also features two different types of reverb, which can be completely disabled, and a section for modifying the pad envelope to your liking. It has nineteen pads created from all types of materials, from guitars to bowed string instruments, which help create enormous ambiences that perfectly accompany the guitar.
