Many people frown upon benches with leg extension/leg curl attachments. In my opinion they can be pretty useful when you think outside the box.
@fit.annamal turned his into a belt squat
@m.w._90 made a lat pulldown from his @ironmasterusa bench with the leg extension attachment and some @angles90.grips.official grips.
@gray_matter_lifting does a seated variation of rows with his.
Thanks to @bboomerfit for demonstrating the proper use of this attachment as well!
Am I missing anything? What else can we do with this simple attachment?
