These are the hourly chime and alarm sounds produced by the talking clock kit. I really like the chime sound.
I've asked the seller if a chip programmed with an English voice is available. As you might imagine, the clock takes a considerable amount of power when it makes sounds. I'd not be surprised to find it was overloading a USB port, given that the white LED dims noticeably during speech even when the clock is running from an adapter with a two ampere maximum current output.
