Adenike Cosgrove is the founder of ÌMỌ̀ DÁRA, a digital platform that facilitates connections between collectors of African art and leading dealers and scholars worldwide. She holds a master of research in telecommunications degree from University College London and a bachelor of science degree in computer engineering from the University of Hull. Having grown up in Japan, Hong Kong, and Nigeria, she currently resides in London. Her multicultural upbringing informs her work, fostering an understanding of the interconnectedness of cultures and the universal language of art.
This lecture is presented in partnership with the Arts Council of the African Studies Association (ACASA) and is a part of the programming for its 19th Triennial Symposium on African Art.
