In this lecture, we continue our discussion on the properties of a pure substance. In particular, we now look at the T-s, h-s, p-h diagrams to represent equilibrium states and the properties of a pure substance. We then discuss the Gibbs Phase Rule. Finally, we discuss the slope of coexistence curves of various phases on the P-T phase diagram. The slop of these curves is given by an equation called the Clausius-Clayperon Equation.
