Lectric makes great eBIkes, IMO. That said, any eBike will eventually need parts and/or repair, but not every ebike mfg stands behind their bikes with parts and support. Lectric stepped up when I recently discovered an issue on the Lectric XP 3.0. Not only did they quickly identify the potential trouble source, but they sent the part FAST....and it fixed the problem! Bonus points for the nice retail parts packaging.
