The European Union says it has launched a "humanitarian air bridge" to fly aid to Lebanon as fighting rages between Israel and Hezbollah. Three initial flights were scheduled to carry supplies from Italy and Dubai, with the first arriving in Beirut on Friday. The needs in the conflict-wracked country continue to grow, as Israel intensifies its offensive, forcing more than a million to flee.
