The FCPS Learning Model outlines the instructional vision ensuring all students reach Portrait of a Graduate outcomes. Meet Christie Day and Jeff Lonnett as they explain the four domains of the model: Concept-Based Curriculum, Meaningful Learning Experiences, Purposeful Assessment and a Learner-Centered Environment. As educators, Day and Lonnett know all teachers use key components of plan, teach, assess and reflect to support students throughout instruction. These components of the PLC Cycle are found in the outer ring and invigorate each element of the learning model.
