In today’s video, we’re visiting Volos, a beautiful city in central Greece. We stroll along the big promenade, enjoy some coffee, and then head to Pelion—the area once believed to be home to the Centaurs.
Centaurs, in ancient Greek mythology, were creatures with the upper body of a human and the lower body of a horse.
As we walk along the trail, we pass by beautiful trees and charming little rivers. We also visit Makrynitsa, the most famous village in Pelion.
This video is full of Greek beauty and everyday Greek language. We create these videos for those of you who want to learn Greek in a simple, interesting, and fun way!
