This camping quilt was my first attempt to test out how I feel about backpacking with a quilt instead of a sleeping bag. While I'm still not 100% sure if I've been won over to backpacking quilts over my traditional mummy bag, I DEFINITELY have been won over to this quilt!
With it's lightweight design, and warm comfort rating, it is the perfect "around the campfire" blanket and works just as well around the house as it does out in the field!
In the end, I'll definitely be taking this on all my car camping outings, and definitely on a few winter excursions when I'm looking for a little extra warmth at a fraction of the weight!
