The new LAX/Metro Transit Center will connect Metro’s C and K Lines directly to LAX via a free airport shuttle until LAWA's Automated People Mover opens in 2026. The station will offer a faster, more convenient way to get to and from the airport—no traffic, no hassle. 🎉

In celebration of our newest station opening at 5 p.m., there will be free rides on the entire Metro bus and rail system from 4 a.m. Friday, June 6, through 3 a.m. Monday, June 9. 🚍🚆

🛫 Free LAX Shuttle: A dedicated shuttle will run every 10 minutes between the LAX/Metro Transit Center and all LAX terminals. Shuttles will pick up and drop off at the lower level of each terminal.

🔜 People Mover Connection Coming Soon: In 2026, the LAWA’s Automated People Mover will connect directly to the LAX/Metro Transit Center for even faster access to the terminals.
