We were thrilled to be part of this year's Law Week event at the State Library, where the Ombudsman joined a panel to discuss the role of legal and public sector agencies in emergencies and disasters.

There have been many learnings from the pandemic, floods and fires that have crippled the lives of many Victorians. Sharing lessons learnt from these experiences plays a critical role in shaping public sector responses to future emergencies.
