This is edited from a livestream I once did about this poem by Luxurius, and I cut out a large tangent about a theory that Latin texts describing individuals whose names end in '-ula' whose adjectives are neuter might be evidence of some kind non-binary gender presentation. I've not found enough evidence to substantiate that claim so I won't stand by it.
