BREAKING: Huge nail bar opens in Castlebar this morning as Burkes still await premises
We have provided tuition in the Castlebar and Mayo area for over twenty years with great success. Our help extends to primary, secondary and also third-level education and support for students. Many students struggle with academic stress, low self-esteem and fears regarding exams. We have assisted many to achieve their goals, including students in third-level studying maths, science, law, economics, finance and other subjects.
We have been actively seeking a premises in Castlebar town for over three years. We have had numerous viewings and placed multiple expressions of interest/offers but all to no avail. In many cases, auctioneers have failed to revert to us following the initial viewing and the formal placing of an offer or expression of interest. Auctioneers have repeatedly informed us that they will be touch, only to never come back to us. It is disappointing to see the 18th nail/beauty parlour open in Castlebar town this morning and yet no room for a tuition centre to cater for the educational needs of students.
We have submitted a proposal regarding the use of Marsh House, a vacant council-owned building in the centre of town. Until recently, it was used by Castlebar Educate Together Primary School with a lot less students than we currently assist. The building is currently lying empty. It is easily accessible and would be very suitable for a tuition centre. Our classes have been suspended for the present while we wait for a reply regarding the use of this building.
