BREAKING: Two security guards block teacher Enoch Burke from entering school
Two security guards were present at the gates of Wilson’s Hospital School to block teacher Enoch Burke from attending school.
Enoch Burke was wrongfully suspended after he refused to endorse transgenderism and refer to a student by a new name and the “they” pronoun, as instructed by then Principal Niamh McShane. The bishops serving as Trustees and Guardians of the school stood by silently as Enoch Burke was taken from the school by Gardaí, first to the High Court, and then to prison, where he has spent over 700 days.
Schools should be places of education and learning, where students learn right from wrong. Principal Niamh McShane’s instruction to use the “they” pronoun for a student was a manifestly unconstitutional and unlawful demand. Transgenderism is an anti-Christian ideology. To endorse this destructive belief is something that a Christian cannot do.
