Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
I painted this a little over ten years ago and I’m framing it as a last-minute Christmas gift for my wife, Laurel.
Back in 2007, we bought an old house in Vermont that I renovated over about a year. It was a busy time in our lives. We were a young family then, and the kids were still little. It feels like it wasn’t that long ago, but now it’s almost twenty years past.
We sold the house a few years ago, but I know this painting will bring back good memories for Laurel when she see's it.
