Short 10 second spot from the ad campaign for Las Vegas in the late 90s. The hook was "open 24 hours", meaning non-stop fun to be had.

Vegas was recovering from its experiment with being more of a family destination and moving back into the Sin City frame.

Personally, I find Vegas' more recent "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" campaign to be more memorable and convincing. And I think the popularity of this phrase outside ads indicates I'm not the only one.

This ad aired during a showing of Entertainment Tonight on KRON on October 23rd, 1997 after the Baseball World Series on NBC (KRON was NBC at the time).
