The Volcano Store in Volcano Village, on the Big Island always carries special beers and seltzers. This Lihing Mango Tropical Seltzer from the Lanikai Brewing Company in Kailua, Kona is something special. This seltzer is inspired by a shave ice from Matsumoto’s Shave Ice in Haleiwa, Hawaii on Oahu. Ive been to Matsumoto’s, and this is it with a taste of lihing first, a full mouth of mango and the slight bitter of alcohol. Cost$20 for a four pack of 16oz cans w/5.0% alc/vol.
