It was truly amazing to have the phenomenal ONE Championship world champion and UK Team Underground MMA super talent Jonathan Haggerty up at my gym in Manchester late last year for what was an outstanding Muay Thai seminar 🔥🥊

It had been a few years since I last had the opportunity to see Jon in person so it was brilliant to be able to catch up and see him in action once again 🔥🥋

Here, in this clip I stole during the seminar, he (alongside the equally brilliant D’marni Palmer) goes over one of the ways he likes to break an opponent’s base in order to land a hard hitting head kick whilst fighting 🔥🔥
