INGREDIENTS

LAMB BURGER
Burgers
800g lamb mince from the neck
4 – 6 anchovy fillets into a paste
½ lrg banana shallot
1 – 2 tsp garlic powder

Pesto
100g Almonds
½ bunch of parsley
50g Parmesan
1/12 garlic cloves
3 anchovies
Extra virgin Olive oil

Serve
2 x Brioche buns
Pea shoots
Rocket
150g Goats cheese
60ml crème fraiche
