This is my Char Siu, Chinese bbq pork recipe. Char Siu is a really common roast BBQ pork thats available every where through Asia. Its the red looking pork you see hanging up in restaurants in chinatown. Lemme know what you think of my recipe in the comment box below. Nice one guys
