Competitive eater Max Stanford, 35, took on this tower of ten huge pancakes smothered in chocolate sauce, Lotus Biscoff spread, berries, four large scoops of ice cream, thick cream and accompanied by a mammoth jug of a vanilla milkshake. Max impressively munched his way through the calorific pile of food at the Old Post Office, Margate, in under half an hour, making him the first person to ever defeat the pancake challenge. He scoffed down the entire thing in just 22 minutes and 29 seconds, leaving himself with just under eight minutes to spare.
